Предельно простой рецепт.

"Из чего фарш будем делать?- спросите вы,- Ведь макароны по-флотски готовятся с фаршем и луком🤔

Фарш делаем из грибов!
⠀
✅макароны (любые по вкусу)-1/2 стандартной пачки
✅грибы (шампиньоны)-400 гр
✅лук-1 крупн.шт.
✅соль, перец, лавровый лист.
⠀
✏Грибы и лук прокручиваем через мясорубку с крупной решёткой.
✏Обжариваем грибной фарш на растительном масле с солью, перцем и лавровым листом до выпаривания лишней жидкости.
✏Макароны отвариваем до готовности в подсоленной воде. Смешиваем с фаршем. Готово! Ангела за трапезой!😇
