Во-первых, раз пошла такая пьянка, Текслер задумал потратить на собственно музыку, с шикарными губернаторскими банкетами и прочим канапе с трюфелями, более 6 млн. Не травить же гостей шаурмой из ближайшего киоска. Во-вторых, нахальный глава региона наплевал на правило «не более 2,5 млн на авто для чиновников». Теперь он мучительно выбирает между Mercedes-Benz V 250 d и Volkswagen Multivan 6.1 long за 7,3 млн. В-третьих, подарки своим прикормленным чиновникам и гостям города – к подаркам вообще вопросов нет, ибо закупить на 10 млн «объекты художественных промыслов», среди которых знаменитые клинки из Златоуста, а на сдачу сертификаты в супермаркеты – это вообще дело богоугодное.
А что до дыры – она у кого надо дыра. Вот выйдет Текслер из новенького минивэна, жахнет на банкете рюмку 25-летнего коньяка Ragnaud-Sabourin №25 XO, махнет булатной златоустовской шашкой – и PZDC той дыре. Ну или карьере, это уж как повезет.

During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation. We don’t know what it means to earnings.”
