На заседании коллегии Главной транспортной прокуратуры озвучили ключевые проблемы транспортной инфраструктуры Казахстана и приоритетные задачи на 2025 год.
По результатам анализа аварийных инцидентов, произошедших на транспорте в предыдущие годы, определены три ключевые проблемы всей транспортной инфраструктуры страны: изношенность, недостаточность либо отсутствие правовой базы, соответствующей современным требованиям отраслевой безопасности, а также дефицит квалифицированных специалистов.
По сведениям Министерства транспорта РК, железнодорожные магистрали изношены на 57%. Для исправления сложившейся ситуации АО «НК «ҚТЖ» ведется масштабная работа. Так, совместно с Министерством транспорта принята «Дорожная карта по устранению выявленных нарушений железнодорожной безопасности».

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
