Время от времени свет включался, однако вскоре пропадал. Сейчас жильцы сообщают, что есть проблемы и с отоплением. Ряд домов остался без горячей воды. Официальной информации пока нет. По предположениям самих жильцов, причинами «блэкаута» могли стать большая авария на коммуникациях и недавно произошедший прорыв трубы.
