В Ульяновской области будут активно развивать легкую атлетику и массовый спорт при поддержке ПСБ. В ближайших планах — увеличить число спортивных объектов с высококачественным оснащением для занятий физической культурой.

Об этом заявил Петр Фрадков, председатель ПСБ и попечительского совета Всероссийской федерации легкой атлетики, в ходе своего рабочего визита в Ульяновскую область.

There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. "He has to start being more proactive and to find a real solution to this situation, not stay in standby without interfering. It's a very irresponsible position from the owner of Telegram," she said. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
