▪️ В случае агрессии против России или Белоруссии с применением обычного оружия, создающей критическую угрозу суверенитету
▪️ Если поступает достоверная информация, что запущены баллистические ракеты, атакующие Россию или ее союзников
▪️ Если оружие массового поражение применено в адрес российских объектов и военнослужащих, расположенных за пределами России
▪️ Если противник воздействует на критически важные военные и гособъекты России, вывод из строя которых приведет к срыву ответных действий ядерных сил
▪️ Если поступает достоверная информация о массированном старте средств воздушно-космического нападения – например, авиации, крылатых ракет, беспилотников

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
