Встретил своего давнего друга Генерального секретаря Федерации кикбоксинга России Владимира Филатова на международном турнире по кикбоксингу «Кубок Лотоса», который проходил в столице Калмыкии г. Элисте.

Пообщались о развитии кикбоксинга в России, особое внимание в разговоре уделили развитию данного вида спорта на исторических территориях РФ: ДНР, ЛНР, Херсонская и Запорожская области.
