Также по имеющейся официальной информации многие юридические лица, занимающиеся добычей россыпного золота, имеют признаки аффилированности и зачастую нарушают природоохранное законодательство. Вся информация направлялась в правоохранительные органы для принятия мер реагирования. По итогам проведенных мероприятий должностное лицо привлечено как к административной ответственности, так и уголовной ответственности.
