Как оказалось, сделка была незаконной. Дело было в сентябре 2020 года, когда и.о. председателя комитета по управлению муниципальным имуществом продал 200 га городской земли 26-летнему горожанину.
Следователи считают, что чиновник — тем самым — нанес ущерб городскому бюджету. Точную сумму издержек установят в ходе следствия. Фигурант задержан, его обвиняют в превышении должностных полномочий.
Примечательно, что фамилия чиновника не разглашается.
