Например, в семье с двумя детьми при рождении еще одного ребенка родители будут получать 30 тыс. в месяц просто так в течение трех лет, независимо от дохода и других факторов. А при рождении трех погодок, начиная с третьего, размер зарплаты может достигать 90 тысяч в месяц.
Это первый и единственный регион страны, который ввел подобную практику.
