«Как известно, Запад сам и часто в ущерб собственным экономическим интересам отгородился от России и Беларуси и делает все, чтобы разорвать оставшиеся нити сотрудничества. Нас подвергают беспрецедентному незаконному санкционному давлению, — указал он. — На наших западных рубежах идет агрессивное военное строительство, создающее угрозы безопасности Союзного государства. Продолжается юридическая агрессия и попытки вмешательства во внутренние дела России и Беларуси».
