Scopus расширил линейку возможностей, внедрив классификацию Sustainable Development Goals (цели устойчивого развития) для анализа активности конкретного автора в области sustainability. Всего таких целей — 17 штук (https://sdgs.un.org/goals). Их разработали специально для борьбы с быстрым изменением климата и сохранения океанов и лесов (см. более подробно тут: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sustainable_Development_Goals).

Кстати, некоторые журналы издательства Cell Press (например, Chem и Matter) достаточно давно следуют этим принципам, давая понимание читателям, какие работы каким целям соответствуют.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
