Это Proton VPN, Red Shield VPN, NordVPN и Le VPN.
Red Shield и Le VPN на своих ресурсах опубликовали уведомления, полученные от AppStore. Магазин приложений в обоих случаях сослался на претензии, поступившие от Роскомнадзора, и предложил разработчикам самим связаться с российским ведомством.
