На объявление "клюнул" житель Нижнего Новгорода, получить взамен он хотел евро. И эти купюры ему даже показали – правда, фальшивые.
Потерпевший передал свои деньги кассиру, после чего он под предлогом необходимости их пересчета ушел в соседнее помещение. На самом деле аферист с похищенным немедленно покинул здание через запасной выход.
Мигранта арестовали, возбуждено дело о мошенничестве.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy.
