Завод Романов — так теперь называется площадка, на которой раньше собирали грузовики MAN, а с середины 2025 года станут производить грузовики БАЗ. Гражданские грузовики совершенно новой конструкции.

Концептуально это замена тяжёлым внедорожным Татрам. Полностью независимая пружинная подвеска, гибкость в выборе количества осей и колесных баз, задняя управляемая ось, ни одной китайской детали (ну, может, за исключением кое-каких электронных компонентов). Все наше, посконное, российско-белорусское.

И на этом чуде я сегодня поездил. Под ласковый вой гидроусилителя борисовского завода, под мягкую, почти кошачью работу подвески, под вкусно-хрустящие переключения передач коробки ЯМЗ.

Подробнее об этом напишу чуть позже, как домой приеду. Пока же — небольшая зарисовка.
