Как ранее сообщал ЦБ, ограничения на выдачу ипотеки могут быть введены с 1 июля 2025 года. В первую очередь предлагается установить лимиты по кредитам:
✔️на финансирование по договору участия в долевом строительстве, ✔️на приобретение жилого помещения или апартаментов под залог приобретаемой недвижимости.
С 2026 года при необходимости регулятор может ввести лимиты по кредитам на строительство индивидуального жилого дома под залог земельного участка или строящегося на нем дома, а также на прочие ипотечные кредиты.
