Мотивирует это тем, что русский народ, включая даже русских за рубежом, поддерживает Путина и войну на Украине (ну, хотя бы за это признание спасибо). Поэтому всех и надо отгородить от мира.
Главное, спустя годы они опять нас будут обвинять в создании Железного занавеса!

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
