Из регулярнего вечернего этой зимой:

* после горячего душа нанести на всё тело масло (у меня weleda)
* через пару минут нанести ещё молочко на руки и ноги
* наполнить увлажнитель (очень нужен умный увлажнитель, который сам идёт к крану, пополняет запас воды и возвращается в комнату 🙋🏻‍♀️)
* выпить магний перед сном (пока не заметила, спится ли с ним лучше)
* уснуть под одну из этих медитаций (обе расслабляют лучше магния):
– 15 минут на расслабление тела
– 5-минутная медитация благодарности.
* второклассница последние лет пять засыпает под этот альбом — иногда включаем фоном под чтение книги, и к середине альбома чтение плавно перетекает в крепкий сон.
