На днях поступил первый ответ из Министерства Культуры РФ на направленный мной депутатский запрос в защиту столичных детских школ искусств, которые, согласно всплывшей в сети информации, московские чиновники решили реформировать и перевести в режим "самоокупаемости".

Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war.
