Ну Рязанская апелляция в своём духе, только что, ожидаемо, отказала мне в удовлетворении жалобы к управляющей компании. По-моему самая бесполезная инстанция, потому что все, что мне в ней удавалось отменить, это решения судов Рязанского района, где судьи, видимо, менее авторитетны. По решениям рязанских судей можно даже не ходить, все оставят в силе и даже читать не будут. Короч скоро выложу вам это решение по УК и небольшую предисторию, угарнете, посочувствуете (не мне), проникнитесь, почувствуете себя юристом и возможно даже накидаете интересных идей для кассации, куда я непременно пойду после нового года.
