Прокурор Саратовской области Сергей Филипенко подал жалобу на решение Октябрьского районного суда о заочном аресте бывшего осужденного, отбывавшего наказание в ОТБ-1 регионального УФСИН Сергея Савельева. Именно он смог вывести за границу архив ФСИН и других силовых органов с кадрами пыток в саратовской туберкулезной больнице и колониях других регионов.
Немногим позже зампрокурора Саратовской области Андрей Корноваров отменил возбуждение уголовного дела в отношении Савельева. В постановлении указано, что дело прекращено, так как возбуждение не носило законный характер.
