Изначально это было связано с непогодой: аэропорт прибытия сильно завалило снегом, и работникам пришлось расчищать ВПП. Однако уже в 06:00 мск осетинская авиагавань открылась на прилёты, а пассажиры 395-го рейса до сих пор в столице. При том что минимум один рейс Москва – Владикавказ уже вылетел.
По словам одной из пассажирок, их разместили в отеле только после семи часов ожидания, питание и воду всё это время не предоставляли. Только что они получили сообщения, что им компенсируют по ₽700, которые они потратили на еду.
