Британская компания IHG открывает в Ташкенте отель InterContinental Tashkent.
Он будет на территории комплекса Trilliant Business Park (напротив офиса Ucell) и начнет работу в следующем году.
Тут будут 216 номеров, 40 из которых люкс, фирменный ресторан Ember и многое другое.
В Узбекистане уже был отель InterContinental Tashkent — так раньше называлась нынешняя гостиница International на Бадамзаре.
В 2012 году, после 15 лет работы, компания ушла с рынка Узбекистана. Тогда же отель сменил название и убрал буковку i с фасада здания.
P.s. Первый «Интерконтитенталь», кстати, был настолько примечателен, что стал одним из символов независимого Узбекистана. У меня в середине 2000-х была даже тетрадка с фотографией отеля на обложке.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. That hurt tech stocks. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
