В средствах массовой информации выявлены публикации о нарушениях, допущенных бригадой скорой медицинской помощи в Иркутске. Сообщается о несвоевременном прибытии ответственных лиц, а также о непринятии необходимых мер по вызову в связи с резким ухудшением самочувствия ребенка.
Следственными органами СК России по Иркутской области по данному факту организована процессуальная проверка.
Главой ведомства А.И. Бастрыкиным дано поручение руководителю СУ СК России по Иркутской области А.В. Ситникову доложить о ходе проверки и установленных обстоятельствах.

When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links.
