Напомним, в 2019 году Генеральная прокуратура вышла с иском об изъятии единственного жилья семьи в пользу государства, что противоречит положениям. Зимой Серпуховский городской суд вынес решение по иску о непосредственном выселении. По данным Росимущества, семья политзаключенного обязана освободить единственное жилье до июня 2023 года и самостоятельный найти новый дом.
