А вслед за ним под следствием оказался и еще один предприниматель с известной в Смоленске фамилией – Руслан Шистеров, которому принадлежат отель «City» на улице Крупской и торговые павильоны на улице Памфилова. Предприниматели проходят по разным уголовным делам, но оба дела связаны с дачей взятки.
