Подрядчики из Воронежа возвели новую пятиэтажку на проспекте Ленина всего за 2,5 месяца. При этом все строительные нормы РФ соблюдены. Не забыли и о маломобильных людях и людях с ограниченными возможностями: для них создали условия, чтобы можно было передвигаться снаружи и внутри дома без посторонней помощи.

Все сделано по уму: квартиры оснастили сантехникой, счетчиками воды и электричества, в домах установили систему дымоудаления на случай пожара.
