Вооруженного неадеквата задержали в Ангарске

Сегодня днем в ТД "Лола" неадекватный мужчина ходил по отделам, пугал и угрожал продавцам и посетителям предметом, внешне похожим на пистолет. Сотрудники магазина нажали "тревожную кнопку".

Прибывший по сигналу экипаж охранного предприятия "Пантера" обезвредил нарушителя общественного спокойствия и передал его наряду ППС. Мужчину увезли в отдел полиции для дальнейших разбирательств.

Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
