В письмах (1, 2) МИД "Талибана"* за подписями Амир-Хана Муттаки, и.о. главы ведомства, и Лотфуллы Хпалвака, главы кадрового департамента, указано, что срок командировки Масуда Ахмада Азизи (3) истек 12.03. Исполняющим его обязанности с этой даты и до следующего уведомления считается Абдул-Рахман Фада (4), глава департамента протокола МИД.

Он сопровождал в ходе визита в ОАЭ Абдул-Гани Барадара, вице-премьера по экономическим вопросам
