В текущем году площадь лесных пожаров в стране сократилась в 49,6 раз. Причинами такого снижения в ведомстве называют успешную оперативную работу лесопожарной службы, раннее обнаружение возгораний и упрощение процедуры введения режима ЧС для привлечения дополнительных сил и средств в регионы.
Лидеры: • Карелия (площадь пожаров сократилась в 106 раз); • Башкирия (49,6); • Камчатский край (19,2); • Якутия (14,3); • Свердловская область (4,4).
В следующем году результаты работы с лесными пожарами обещают снова улучшить.
