Застройщику принадлежат земельные участки площадью 13,62 га. На них «Страна» собирается построить жилой квартал на 500 000 м².
Градостроительный план земельного участка (ГПЗУ) выдан девелоперу в конце 2022 года.
Ранее эти участки принадлежали связанной с входящей в «Альфа-групп» инвесткомпании «А1» и её партнерам.
