ДТП произошло на Российском проспекте.

Со слов водителя «Тойоты», сбившего молодого человека, парень пересекал улицу по переходу на красный свет, не спешившись, сообщили в краевой ГАИ.

За рулем авто был 20-летний местный житель. Самокатчик попал в больницу с травмой головы. У него не было шлема и защитной экипировки.
