Демократ в ответ преподал гражданину урок экономики, подчеркнув, что калифорнийцы уже ощутили плюсы от возобновляемых источников энергии, ведь именно они удерживают рост цен. Чиновник привел в пример рост тарифов в Техасе и Флориде.
