Заместитель Генерального секретаря СНГ Сейтимов Нурышев обсудил ход кампании с руководством Партии экономических реформ, а также провел беседу с председателем Аграрной партии Рустамом Латифзода. Подчеркивалась важность соблюдения законности и роль наблюдателей в обеспечении прозрачности выборов.
Подготовка к выборам проходит на фоне сложной экономической ситуации. Несмотря на прогноз роста ВВП на 8,4%, страна сталкивается с проблемой коррупции. А по данным Агентства по борьбе с коррупцией, в 2024 году выявлены финансовые потери на сумму 425,7 млн сомони.

"He has to start being more proactive and to find a real solution to this situation, not stay in standby without interfering. It's a very irresponsible position from the owner of Telegram," she said. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
