Изначально переговоры по второму этапу сделки должны были начаться ещё в конце января. В рамках второго этапа соглашения предполагается освобождение оставшихся 64 израильских заложников. Кроме того, планируется разрешить вопрос об управлении послевоенной Газой.

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons.
