Напомним, что 8 июля 2-й Западный окружной военный суд признал Женю Беркович и Светлану Петрийчук виновными в оправдании терроризма за спектакль «Финист Ясный Сокол» и назначил им наказание в виде шести лет колонии общего режима. Затем 25 декабря Апелляционной суд смягчил приговор до 5 лет и 7 месяцев и 5 лет и 10 месяцев, соответственно.
