Ракета попала в жилую многоэтажку, из-за чего обрушился один из подъездов. Повреждения получили также соседние дома и машины.

Утром под атакой оказался также Харьков. Один из дронов также попал в жилой дом: власти города сообщили об одной погибшей женщине и четырех раненых.

Накануне вечером под обстрел попала также Одесса: мэр города Геннадий Труханов написал, что от ракетной атаки пострадал исторический центр города. Повреждения получили около 15 памятников культурного наследия.

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
