ፓርቲው የወጣው መመርያ " ሕግን ባልተከተለ መንገድ እና የከተማ አስተዳደሩ ባልተሰጠው ሥልጣን የወጣ በመሆኑ " መመሪያው እንዲሻሻል ሲል በፌዴራል ከፍተኛ ፍርድ ቤት ልደታ ምድብ አስተዳደር ችሎት ክስ መስሮቶ መቆየቱን ገልጿል።

ፍ/ቤቱ የአዲስ አበባ ፋይናንስ ቢሮ ያቀረባቸውን ሦስት መቃወምያዎች ውድቅ አድርጎ ወደ ፍሬ ነገር ክርክር ከገባ በኋላ ጉዳዩን መርምሮ መመሪያው " ተፈጻሚነት ሊኖረው አይገባም " የሚል ውሳኔ መስጠቱን፤ የውሳኔውን አፈጻጸም እንደሚከታተልም ፓርቲው አስታውቋል።
