Что есть на территории: кафе, фуд-корты, ресторан, несколько детских площадок, панорамные качели, скейпарк, веревочный парк, аллеи, по небольшой площади для детей ездит поровоз (платный), мы с Тимуром прокатились, пруд с рыбками и лягушками, беседки, арт-объекты, ещё сейчас прочитала, что есть музей военно-морской славы.
