Честно говоря, уже в пятницу было 57 ровно, но в выходные тяжело сделать дефицит калорий, а иначе, конечно же, похудеть невозможно. И да, первые кидлограмы всегда идут проще, но мне очень-то много не надо и я готова к тому, что вес не будет уходить стремительно - все же это стресс для организма, голодать я не собираюсь. А вот правильнее питаться и добавить физическую активность сейчас замотивирована
