دکتر مینو سلیمی، عضو هیئت‌علمی گروه انسان‌شناسی دانشگاه تهران است. او پژوهش در حوزه انسان‌شناسی فاجعه (انسانی، طبیعی) را از سال ۱۳۸۹ با پژوهش درباره‌ی جنگ تحمیلی به عنوان فاجعه‌ای انسانی شروع کرد. حافظه و فاجعه، کودکان در فاجعه، زنان در فاجعه، انطباق‌پذیری جامعه روستایی در دوران بحران، و مدیریت میراث فرهنگی در زمان بحران و پسابحران، حوزه‌هایی از فجایع انسانی و طبیعی است که او درباره‌ی آنها پژوهش‌هایی انجام داده است. این پژوهش‌ها به‌صورت کتاب یا مقاله منتشر شده و در این زمینه‌ها سخنرانی‌هایی در عرصه‌های ملی و بین‌المللی توسط او ارائه شده است.
کسب جایزه کتاب سال دانشجویی برای کتاب «درآمدی بر انسان‌شناسی فاجعه»، تقدیر از کتاب «مردم‌شناسی روایت‌های زنان از دوران دفاع مقدس» در جشنواره‌های علوم انسانی و پژوهش برتر سال در میراث فرهنگی از جمله فعالیت‌های پژوهشی اوست. -

Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries.
