Причём все, вроде бы, хотели одного: обмена Виктора Медведчука. Тут тебе и жена Медведчука, тут и английские наемники, и, даже Симоньян посоветовала Медведчука "брать". Реальна цель всех этих "обращений" и "экспертных мнений" - подготовка общественного мнения к обмену. Такая вот очередная медвежья услуга Медведчука. Должна была бы быть. Но тут вдруг с той стороны решили поднять ставки и опубликовали обращение уже самого Медведчука с просьбой обменять себя, ни много ни мало, на защитников и жителей Мариуполя😳. Похоже, стороны вышли из сделки.

To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
