4 880 новых сообщений поступило специалистам ЦУР за неделю с 25 ноября по 1 декабря. Решено 3 246 инцидентов.
Наибольшее число сообщений было связано с масштабным отключением электроэнергии в населенных пунктах ряда районов области - 1657. Также в лидерах темы уборки дорог и благоустройства.

"There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
