Только мы обрадовались о награждении тамады Тюменской городской думы Евгения Заболотного государственной наградой, так уже пишут, что осенью он покинет свой пост. Якобы им "не всегда был доволен [мэр Тюмени] Руслан Кухарук".
Вообще-то по Уставу МО г. Тюмень (т.е. по закону) председатель городской думы не подотчетен главе администрации. А по факту, даже наоборот, ЗаЕБ достал всех в городской администрации, начиная с Кухарука и заканчивая всеми его замами и руководителями департаментов. И недовольство работой городских чиновников проистекает именно со стороны Заболотного. В чем мы с ним частично согласны.
