#нампишут про платные парковки Сегодня у всей Тюмени не работает оплата платных парковок, на горячей линии говорят, что это проблема пользователей и после 23.55 всем будет штраф. Отправил несколько обращений через Госуслуги на уполномоченных лиц, весь день…

Добрый вечер! Это дурдом.
Приложение парковок не работает, оплатить невозможно.
Операторы хамят, бросают трубки. Просят оплатить через сайт.
Но с сайта не приходят смс с восстановлением доступа.
Соединяют со «специалистом» под диктовку пытаемся оплатить с айфона и андроида, выдает ту же самую ошибку, что в приложении.
Операторы и «специалисты» объясняют, что в 23:59 карета превратится в тыкву и ВЫ ОБЯЗАНЫ БУДЕТЕ ЗАПЛАТИТЬ ШТРАФ!
На вопрос: почему и в чем моя вина? Кладут трубку.
Все звонки записаны. Количество попыток дозвониться прилагаю в скринах.
