Критерий победы над кадровым кризисом на самом деле один — приостановка роста зарплат, как это ни прискорбно для их получателей. Ну или умеренный рост на несколько процентов в год, но никак не на десятки процентов. Именно это будет означать, что рынок труда пришёл к равновесию.

In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
