Октябрьский районныйсуд удовлетворил иск свердловского ГУ МВД о взыскании 565 тыс. рублей с Евгения Ройзмана и ещё четырёх ответчиков за сверхурочную работу полутора тысяч полицейских, задействованных на несанкционированном митинге в поддержку Алексея Навального*.

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
