Приветики, у мен тут сумасшедшие новости. ВКонтакте снесли мне молча страницу за картинку (пост ниже) которая лежала в моем закрытом альбоме, доступном только для меня. Пу-пу-пу. Помимо потери диалогов со всеми своими мастерами/фотографами и друзьями (привет, я сидела в вк с 2009 года), я потеряла так же свои фотографии и воспоминания. Пу-пу-пу. Не думаю, что я пока хочу с этим разбираться, ведь вк точка ком ответил мне на попытку восстановления, что этот аккаунт заблокирован навсегда. Так что если кто-то до сих пор подписан на Донат в паблике - контента не будет, советую отписаться 😌

But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp.
