Вопреки их мнению, застройщик на днях начал огораживать стройплощадку.

Жители «Республики Лодыгина» написали открытое письмо на имя мэра Алексея Орлова, заммэра по строительству Рустама Галямова, губернатора Евгения Куйвашева и областного министра строительства Михаила Волкова с требованием остановить точечное строительство в квартале, в котором сформировалось уникальное городское сообщество.

Также в их поддержку высказался член Совета по сохранению культурного наследия при главе Екатеринбурга Дмитрий Москвин.

Тем временем, на 2Gis в квартале уже обозначена новостройка «Traditio» от компании Fortis.
