По его словам, проект будет включать "яхтенную марину, спортивную, досуговую и гостиничную инфраструктуру".
Общая площадь территории - 130 га.

Начнут в любом случае с создания инфраструктуры для Яхт-клуба.
Деньги пойдут из трёх источников: бюджет Петербурга, "Газпром", федеральный бюджет.

Пригожин и живет совсем рядом - в коттеджном посёлке "Северный Версаль".
Теперь Пригожин на какое-то время выпал из большой городской политики, и Смольный, естественно, по Горской включил максимальную скорость, хотя суды с Пригожиным идут до сих пор.
